Indiana Boys Varsity met tough competition in their non-sectional match up against the Norwin Knights at their away game Thursday, April 11.  Norwin scored quickly in the opening minutes of the game and continued to give the IHS defenders a workout. The Indians could only answer back with four goals in the first half of the game, leaving them trailing Norwin 9-4.

n the second half, Norwin added 6 more on the scoreboard, with the Indians only scoring two more.  The final score was 15-6.

Scoring for IHS was senior Conner Montgomery (4), senior Erik McCunn (1) and freshman Ben Nettleton (1).  Goals were assisted by freshmen Carter Lychalk (2), sophomore Zak Wood and senior Erik McCunn each had one.

Ground ball leaders were: sophomore Tanner Agnello (4), sophomore Max Kovalchick (3), sophomore Ethan Agnello, Ben Nettleton and senior Mikail Bajwa each had 2.  

Tanner Agnello won 10 out of 18 face off's, while Ben Nettleton won 5 out of 6.  

Sophomore goalie Ian Steele saved 12 shots on goal.
