UNIONTOWN AREA HIGH SCHOOL: 1
Girls softball beat Uniontown 5-1 in section play. Sara Zimmerman had a triple, was 2 for 2 and had 1 RBI. Alexis Bonatch was 2 for 3 and had 1 RBI and Madison Barker was 2 for 4. Haleigh Zimmerman was the winning pitcher with 7 strikeouts and 2 walks in 5 innings. Prior to the game the three seniors were honored, Madison Barker, Alley Bush and Haleigh Zimmerman.
