The rifle team lost their section 3 opener to Butler by a score of 787-32x to Butler’s 798-63x. Leading the IHS team was Nate Metzger with a 100-7x followed by Alex Beatty with a 100-4x. Their record is 2-3 overall, 0-1 in the section. Their next competition will be against Plum, at home on January 8.
The JV also lost to Butler by a score of 745-20x to Butler’s 794-54x. Their record is 0-1. Top shooter for the JV was Caleigh Cessna with a 97-1x.
