The 1^st official date of Swimming/Diving is Monday, November 23^rd @ IUP’s Memorial Field House and Zink Hall. The first three practices as follows:

Monday, November 23^rd: (6:15 -8:30 PM Swimming) (Diving 6:15-7:45 PM)

Tuesday, November 24^th: (6:15 -9:00 PM Swimming) (Diving 6:15-7:45 PM)

Wednesday, November 25^th: (6:15 -8:30 PM Swimming) (Diving 6:15-7:45 PM)

Reminder you need a completed sports physical in order to  practice the 1^st day (November 23rd). If you have already had a sports physical (Before Oct. 9^th) or played a fall sport you will need to fill out the Re-Certification form (//bigteams-public-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/library/files/indianaareashs_bigteams_26319/files/Re-certification%20Sports%20Physical%20Form%20(Sections%207-8).pdf). Please turn in all paperwork to the athletic office.

You also need to complete a IASD Participation Covid Waiver before you participate in any swimming activities, those can be picked up in the athletic office or from your coach. Turn the form into your coach.
