for the 2020-2021 sports season

Indiana Jr. and Sr. High students planning to participate in a sport during the 2020-2021 

school year will have the opportunity to receive a free sports physical at the IRMC UrgiCare at Chestnut Ridge in Blairsville, PA.  It is highly recommended to call in advance to make an appointment.
