IHS FRESHMAN GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION...

Pre-season conditioning schedule for the week starting August 17 at the senior high school old gymnasium:

Tuesday, August 18 - 7:30 -8:30 p.m. 

Wednesday, August 19 - 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Thursday, August 20 - 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS WILL TAKE PLACE ON  THE FOLLOWING DAYS:

Monday, August 24 - 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday, August 25 - 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, August 26 - 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

REGULAR SEASON:

Starting Thursday, August 27 and going forward will be 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. in the Sr. High old gymnasium.

All interested volleyball players must have a sports physical completed and turned in to either the coach or the Sr. High athletic department on or before Monday, August 24.  Sports physical forms can be found outside the athletic office or downloaded from the athletic website - click on FORMS & LINKS; scroll down to Sports Physicals Forms (section 1-6).  NO PHYSICAL - NO PARTICIPATION!!
